Mass Virtual Welcomes Dolly Rairigh Glass as Director of Marketing
Orlando, FL – Sept. 3, 2024. Mass Virtual is excited to announce the selection of Dolly Rairigh Glass as its new director of marketing. With a diverse background in marketing and communications—especially within the modeling, simulation, and training industry—she brings a wealth of experience and a distinctive skillset to the Mass Virtual team. Glass’ deep connections and dedication to building relationships will not only enhance the Mass Virtual leadership team, but also drive continued success for both the company and the community it serves.

Glass joins Mass Virtual following 13 years at Capital Communications & Consulting (C3), serving as the vice president of operations since 2017. While there, she managed business operations and played a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Glass was also instrumental in launching and growing the award-winning Team Orlando News. In her previous role as C3’s director of communications, she supported Team Orlando as the public affairs officer, producing collateral, video content, website content, and organizing special events.

Glass’ dedication to her community and industry is evident through her numerous volunteer roles, including board service for the Central Florida Navy League as the VP for communications and Navy Birthday Ball chair. Her accolades include the Central Florida Navy League Robbie Roberts Service Award (June 2022), Volunteer of the Year for Delta Delta Delta (June 2021), and Volunteer of the Year for Laughs for the Troops (April 2018 & 2019). She is also a Leadership Orlando (May 2019) graduate.
