Virtual Hangar™ Continues to Grow the C-130J Virtual Reality Training Module Library.

Mass Virtual teamed up with AETC’s Integrated Technology Platform, AMC, and the 317th Airlift Wing at Dyess AFB, TX to add C-130J Aero-Medical Evacuation and C-130J Aircrew Contingency Operation training modules into the Virtual Hangar™ enterprise platform. These modules will support the C-130J community by providing virtual reality training capabilities on critical Aero-Medical Evacuation tasks for time-sensitive, mission-critical enroute care for patients to, from, and between medical treatment facilities. Mass Virtual will also be developing Aero-Medical Evacuation virtual training modules for all AMC aircraft that support this special mission. The team also conducted a virtual scan of the C-130J Wet Wing Defuel/Refuel procedures. This virtual module will benefit Aircrews by providing the ability to train on contingency operational tasks in a safe environment. As always, the Mass Virtual team received outstanding support from the Airmen of the 317 Airlift Wing! We appreciate Dyess AFB hosting our team and look forward to future projects to continue to expand the C-130J’s virtual reality training program.DYESS ARB Article Link: https://bit.ly/32unsiX (317th AW partner with VR team to create training modules > Dyess Air Force Base > Features)Mass Virtual teamed up with AETC’s Integrated Technology Platform, AMC, and the 317th Airlift Wing at Dyess AFB, TX to add C-130J Aero-Medical Evacuation and C-130J Aircrew Contingency Operation training modules into the Virtual Hangar™ enterprise platform. These modules will support the C-130J community by providing virtual reality training capabilities on critical Aero-Medical Evacuation tasks for time-sensitive, mission-critical enroute care for patients to, from, and between medical treatment facilities.
