Mass Virtual Tags Casey Pombert to Join Business Development Team
Mass Virtual is pleased to announce the addition of Casey Pombert to the Business Development Team. With 23 years of distinguished military service, Casey brings a wealth of experience and leadership in Air Force training and security assistance.
Most recently, Casey served as the commander of Air Force Security Assistance Training, where she oversaw a team of over 280 personnel and synchronized international training efforts. Her leadership facilitated Air Force Security Cooperation engagements for more than 14,000 students from 157 nations annually. During her tenure, she managed a substantial training portfolio exceeding $11 billion and played a pivotal role in identifying and resolving critical training shortfalls.
“Casey’s extensive experience in military training and her proven leadership capabilities will be invaluable to our team as we continue to expand our reach and impact in the industry,” said U.S. Army CSM (ret) Billy Webb, Senior Director for Business Development at Mass Virtual. “Her commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with our mission.”
Previously, Casey held the position of Chief of Staff at Air Education and Training Command, where she advised on daily operations and long-range planning for multiple training wings. Her management of a budget exceeding $255 million and her focus on innovation and training initiatives set benchmarks for Air Force standards.

Casey's robust background, including executive roles in recruiting and training, has consistently driven performance improvements and ensured mission readiness. As a new member of the Mass Virtual team, her knowledge and experience will help the company continue to better serve the needs of the Department of Defense.
